 INILAH.COM, Jakarta – Cuti bersama Idul Fitri anggota DPR baru mulai 9-12 September 2010. Namun, gedung DPR nyaris sepi karena sudah ditinggal anggota dan staf alat kelangkapan DPR. Rapat-rapat juga mulai jarang dilakukan. Suasana sepi mulai dirasakan dari Senin (6/9). Ini terlihat dari rapat Komisi I DPR dengan sejumlah pengamat dalam pembahasan RUU investigasi. Hari ini saja, Selasa (7/9), agenda rapat dimulai pukul 10.00 hanya ada rapat dengar

pendapat Komisi VI dengan Sesmen Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM dan Dekopin. Materi rapat yang dipimpin Nurdin Tampubolon itu adalah pembahasan pagu sementara RKAK-L 2011.
Selain itu pukul 10.00 juga ada RDP Komisi VI dengan Sesmen Kementrian BUMN RI (pembahasan pagu sementara RKAK-L 2011). Rapat ini dipimpin oleh Airlangga Hartarto. Kemudian pukul 13.00, RDP Komisi VI dengan Sesmen Kementerian Perindustrian dan Sestama BSN yang dipimpin oleh Agus Hermanto. Karena menyangkut soal anggaran, maka rapat dilakukan secara tertutup.
Menurut Anggota Komisi VI dari Fraksi PKB Muhammad Unais Ali Hisyam, rapat Pokja BUMN itu quorum. Sebanyak 13 anggota hadir dari 14 anggota. Sedangkan Rabu (8/9), meskipun belum cuti bersama, tidak ada lagi agenda di Komisi VI. Alasannya untuk mengantisipasi Idul Fitri jatuh pada Kamis (9/9).
“Takutnya lebaran maju Kamis, NU sama Muhammadiyah kan biasanya beda. Takutnya nanti Lebaran di jalan,” kata pria yang mengaku akan mudik ke Jawa Timur itu.
Berdasarkan jadwal dari Sekretariat Jenderal DPR masa tahun sidang 2010-2011 16 Agustus sampai dengan 15 Oktober 2010, Dewan akan beraktivitas lagi Selasa (14/9). Kegiatan dimulai dengan rapat paripurna dan sejumlah rapat komisi.
Menurut Anggota Badan Musyawarah (Bamus) DPR dari FPPP Romahurmuziy, Bamus hanya mengalokasikan waktu kerja. Senin hingga Kamis ditetapkan sebagai hari kerja secara anggaran, legislasi, dan pengawasan. Sedangkan Jumat ditentukan sebagai hari fraksi.
“Namun Bamus tidak menentukan teknis rapatnya. Kita serahkan ke masing-masing komisi alat kelangkapan dewan. Kita hanya berikan hari nya saja,” kata dia.
Menurutnya, Rabu (8/9) Dewan tetap beraktivitas. Namun, kegiatannya di luar gedung DPR. Antara lain kegiatan Panja Konversi Elpiji. “Senin, Selasa, Rabu prinsipnya ke komisi-komisi. Jadwal untuk apa saja setelah rapat pleno masing- masing,” kata dia. [TJ]
